Seeking entries for the ATHICA third annual juried exhibition, with juror Harry H. DeLorme, Jr., New Media and Educational Curator of Telfair Museums in Savannah, Georgia. The exhibition will take place from September 23, 2017 to November 12, 2017. Up to three pieces may be submitted for review; in some cases, additional or different work may be requested for review. All media accepted; see general submission policy for additional details. All works must be submitted as links via the online entry form. Your entry fee of $25.00 goes to sustain the gallery, which is a 100% community-supported and 100% volunteer organization, providing a space for artists in Athens for over 15 years. ATHICA can provide a limited number of fee waivers for those in financial need.
To enter, complete this form, which will link to PayPal for payment of the entry fee. Be sure to include the name and email address used on the submission form in the notes on your PayPal payment (many people have different PayPal names than their real names) so that your payment can be properly registered. Only those entries with paid entry fees will be considered. Selected artists will be responsible for shipping their work to and from ATHICA.
About the Juror
Harry H. DeLorme, Jr. has been serving as the Senior Curator of Education at the Telfair Museums in Savannah, Georgia since 1989, and as the Curator of New Media exhibitions and programs and the PULSE Art and Technology Festival since 2007. DeLorme maintains a prolific curatorial, arts publication, and art-making practice, with wide-ranging interests in digital media, technology, artificial intelligence, Georgia folk artists, and the environment.
