ATHICA@Ciné Gallery presents Halloween Forever, an exhibition featuring new artwork by Judah Cannarella, a 24-year-old artist with autism living in Athens, Georgia. He is an illustrator, writer, aspiring actor, and singer whose creativity is fueled by his love of movies, theater, and performance. Judah’s artistic journey began after watching Star Wars at age eight—a moment that sparked his imagination and changed his life. By ten, he was drawing every day, first Disney characters and later full movie scenes. Today, Judah creates vibrant posters and calendars inspired by the films and pop culture he loves most. His artwork reflects his joyful spirit, dedication, and deep appreciation for storytelling. As Judah says, “Art is just a part of my life.”
Art is just a part of my life.
— Judah Cannarella, 2025
This is Cannarella’s first solo exhibition with ATHICA. He was selected by the ATHICA Exhibitions Committee to be featured in the Solo Duo Trio series, which provides opportunities for individual artists to exhibit their work at ATHICA and its partner location, ATHICA@Ciné.
