Gabrielle Sinclair is a mom, theatre-maker, and PhD student in Theatre and Performance Studies at UGA. She earned her MFA in playwriting from the Actors Studio Drama School in NYC and before that her BA in print journalism from the University of South Carolina. Her plays have been developed and performed around the country and internationally. She has been investigating ways to creatively empower our youngest audiences and their grown ups since 2017 with her company, The Storyhound Theatrical Detective Agency.

Bubble Worlds! A Puppet-Making Quest (36 months to ten years)
Inspired by a year living inside our family bubbles and friend pods, this exploratory puppet-making workshop will provide an opportunity for kids ages three to ten and their caretakers to investigate found and recycled materials to create and discover miniature, magical worlds hidden in and around ATHICA. Throughout the journey kids will get to know the strange and fantastic creatures they create – how they move, speak, transform and even fly inside their bubble worlds and beyond. Small documentations left behind by each participant will layer upon one another in the space, creating a collective story of exploration and discovery. Due to COVID, access to Bubble Worlds! A Puppet-Making Quest will be limited in number of attendees. A maximum of eight participants includes the two facilitators and up to three caregivers and three children ages three to ten.
