Yoga Nidra with Ellie Wilson-Wade of Athens Free School. This is a 40 min yoga class intended to bring you to a state of deep rest. Yoga Nidra- aka: sleep yoga- is intended to promote deep restfulness. Most of the class will be spent lying down, as you are lead through a guided meditation.
