Join Cal Clements of Revolution Therapy and Yoga for Sunday morning meditation in the peacefulness of the ATHICA gallery. Cal will use singing bowls and other ancient tools to explore meditation techniques, including mindfulness, single-pointed focus, contemplation, sound, and mantra. Usually there are two thirty minute meditations, with some ideas offered before and discussion after. Meditators of all levels are welcome!

More About Cal Clements
Cal Clements taught yoga and Adventure Club for more than a decade at Rubber Soul. He holds a 200-hour certification in yoga from Downward Dog in Toronto, a 300-hour certification from Asheville Yoga Center, and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Buffalo.
