Beauty Through Mattus: A short film part of A Time With Isadora that explores the role of beauty. This film co-directed by Carolyn McLaughlin and Carrie Miller, with editing and design by Margot McLaughlin, works with the idea that it is the job of artists to bring to the audience a glimpse of the divine from chaos.
A Time with Isadora: A full length film which follows the development and execution of Movement Arts Atlanta’s project, A Time with Isadora. The documentary, inspired by the phenomenon of Isadora Duncan, integrates historic dance works, new choreography, visual art, photography and filmmaking. This film examines how artists are influenced by their predecessors, their colleagues and their environments.
