This Little Light (crawling up to 36 months)
Where do things go when we can’t see them? This Little Light is an interactive 25-minute adventure for young toddlers and their caregivers into a world of things lost and found. Together, we will enter a cozy, tent-like space within the ATHICA gallery, where we will gather together lost objects that have been waiting for us to find them. We will activate them with sounds, movement, and even covering them up, and, with a magical light, we will set them in motion, brought to life in a whole new way. Exploring light and shadow, textures, music, and object puppetry, This Little Light is for babies who are crawling up to 36 months old and their caretakers. Due to COVID, access to the performance of This Little Light will be limited in number of attendees and to members of the same family or daycare cohort/pod. A maximum of eight participants includes the two performers and up to three caregivers and three children, crawling to 36 months. Register here.
